This article is designed to be a step by step guide on how to schedule credits through your admin dashboard.
- On your "Manage Training" homepage under the "Status" drop down menu select "Unused"
- Find your desired athlete whom you would like to use a credit for
- Select the green check box on the right hand side of the page next to the desired athlete
- Select whether you are adding the athlete existing availability or whether you are creating new availability to add the athlete to.
- If you are adding an athlete to existing availability continue to step 5
- If you are creating new availability skip to step 6
- Select the session and the athlete you wish to use the credit for and select "Add and Use Credit"
- Fill out the information of the time and location of the new training session and select the athlete you wish to attend this training session then select "Add and Use Credit"
You have then completed the process and can log out of your account, you should be able to see the changes made immediately in the site.
