Once you purchase training program credits with staff, you still need to schedule these credits.
Below is a step by step process to schedule training program credits after purchasing:
Once you land on the summary/receipt page, you will need to click the orange button that reads "Schedule Credits".
Note: If you are scheduling from your dashboard, select the "Book" icon, click "Schedule Program" and follow the remaining steps below.
Once in your dashboard, select the training program and athlete that you would like to schedule for by clicking the drop-down boxes for each field.
You should now see a list of dates, times and locations that are available to schedule for this training program. Using the check boxes, select the desired dates/times that you would like to schedule, and click the green "Schedule" button.
***Note that if the staff does not have availability set up for his/her account, you can use the "Message Coach" option to let them know when you would like to schedule.
Once you've scheduled your training program credits, you will be taken back to your "Events" page where you will be able to see your scheduled sessions. If you don't immediately see the training program sessions listed, please give the system a few moments to update, then hit refresh on your browser.
