This article is designed to be a step by step guide on how to use credits and schedule training programs through your dashboard.
To schedule the credits after the initial purchase, please follow the steps below:
- Click the "Book" Icon on your homepage.
- Click "Schedule Program" underneath the Training Programs section.
- Set status to "Unused" and click on the green "Unused Credits" buttons.
- Select desired training program & athlete and then click "Continue".
- Select desired session(s) and click "Schedule" to book training sessions.
Note: If staff don't have availability set up for his/her account, you can use the "Message Coach" option to let them know when you would like to schedule.
Once you've scheduled your training program credits, you will be taken back to your "Events" page where you will be able to see your scheduled sessions. If you don't immediately see the training program sessions listed, please give the system a few moments to update, then hit refresh on your browser.
