How to Turn On/Off Notifications
Through your client dashboard, you can turn text and email notifications on and off.
To do this, use your left hand navigation panel to go to Settings > Account Details.
Once on your Account Details page, you will see "Receive Text Notifications" and "Receive Email Notifications".
- To receive Text and/or email notifications, make sure the boxes are checked under each heading.
- To opt out of text and/or email notifications, uncheck the boxes.
- You can choose to receive text and opt out of email or vice versa.
Click the blue "Update" button to save any changes you have made.
