In this article learn what steps to take to reschedule a program package credit.
Currently you are not able to reschedule program package credits through the parent/athlete dashboard. To reschedule a program package credit, please contact the administrator or staff that you work with. Below are instructions on how to send a message to the administrator or staff of the business that you work with:
- Using your Left-Side Navigation, click on Events.
- On your events page, use the search bar to find the program package session you wish to reschedule.
- Click on the action button next to the scheduled program package credit to message admin of training program about rescheduling.
